Starr M. Adjoa Ansong-Ameyaw, E.MBA., Pharm.D., PhDc

BIOGRAPHY: Dr. Ansong-Ameyaw is a full professor, founder, senior research, and clinical consultant of an elite emerging organization (AHIAInt). This organization is aiming to bridge inequity gaps in healthcare systems, pharmacy, and other health sciences education globally. While on an overarching outcome-oriented pursuit for AHIAInt, Dr. Ansong serves as a clinical Medication Therapy Management (MTM) pharmacist for Aspen RxHealth. Her services extend to the elderly, underinsured, and indigent patients through remote MTM clinical counseling. Previously, she served as an Assistant Dean for Assessment and Program Excellence and a professor at the College of Pharmacy in California.

Dr. Ansong has a strong background in assessment and curriculum development, exemplified through her collaborative work in new pharmacy programs. She has pioneered a number of educational innovative projects over the past few years. Her long-standing academic experiences are recognized through many organizations, collaborations, faculty development, and institutional accreditation expertise. She is the mastermind with a strong background in Evidence-based Medicine and practice. Dr. Ansong is certified in Team-based Learning (TBL) with a pursuit in consultancy through TBLC. As a leader, Dr. Ansong has held numerous administrative roles and served in inaugural leadership positions in institutions of higher education.

She has founded many health centers and built clinical practices for institutions. She is recognized for her expertise in identified areas at regional, national, and international levels. Dr. Ansong is known for her high-caliber interdepartmental collaboration work, bringing science and clinical faculty together through research, teaching, and publications establishing herself as a scholar, her scholarship work focuses on identifying the research question emerging from teaching and community outreach programs and fully developing it into scientifically sound clinical decision models. Her creative works earned her grant awards from the Merck Foundation to establish
Telepharmacy services and the Wolters Kluwer grant for Multi-State Gap Analysis Research on Free Medical Clinics for underserved populations.

Dr. Ansong is a service-oriented professional and her endeavors are recognized at the global level through the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) -the Pharmabridge program. She has given many presentations at the national and international levels and has published diversely. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Howard University and proceeded to complete two Residencies in PGY1- Pharmacy Practice and PGY2-Drug Information Specialized Residency at the Detroit Medical Center and the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy. She has since been
in practice within the academy.
Ginger Cameron, PhD

BIOGRAPHY: Dr. Cameron earned her Ph.D. in Public Health/Epidemiology from
Walden University after completing her master’s in education from Central Michigan
University, her MPH from Walden, and her undergraduate work at Union University.
Dr.Cameron has worked with the military and their families as well as internationally
focusing on the underserved. She is currently a professor at Purdue University, Global
Campus teaching public health and epidemiology courses.

Dr. Cameron has taken multiple programs and institutions through accreditation and
specializes in curriculum development, innovations in teaching and program
assessment. She has presented and published nationally and has worked in education
for over 25 years. She is a three-time recipient of the Professor of the Year Award and
has also received the Greene County Achievers Award (U.S. House of Representatives)
the Faculty Scholarship Award, Faculty Innovator Award and the Organization Builders
Award.

Dr. Ravi Kumar is an esteemed academician and renowned researcher
in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. With an impressive educational background, he
holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy and has earned a Doctorate in Pharmaceutical
Sciences.
He is currently working as a Professor & Principal at Mother Theresa Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India.
With a passion for both research and teaching, Dr. Ravi has accumulated a wealth of
experience over the years.
He has dedicated a decade to cutting-edge research, contributing to advancing pharmaceutical knowledge and its applications. His research work has been recognized and published in various prestigious journals.

Additionally, Dr. Ravi’s teaching journey spans over 15 years, during which he has
nurtured and inspired countless students in the field of pharmacy. As a Professor and
Principal of a leading Pharmacy School, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the next
generation of pharmacists and pharmaceutical professionals, fostering a culture of
academic excellence and innovation.
Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Ravi is known for his amiable personality,
approachability, and willingness to mentor and guide aspiring scholars. He continues to
inspire and influence the pharmaceutical community through his research, teaching.
